Our INcama system is far superior to others I have researched.  As far as customer service, I can’t imagine anyone having better people than XSoft.  I started working at the Assessor’s office in 2016 and each and every interaction I have had with XSoft employees has resulted in excellent Customer Service.  Derek Grimes was the first employee I met and he has been great to work with.  Patty Ball is super nice and very helpful with anything I ask. I met Brian Bucher a year or two ago at conference and he is one of those people that has you feeling like you have known him for years.  These folks are down to earth and genuinely good people. It is a win/win with excellent representatives of the company and a great product.
